Being a new player in the industry, Advance Manufacturing Technologies Inc. has had great success since it's conception in 2002. AMTI is led by an experienced management team, with a philosophy of continually improving and upgrading their machinery. The President of AMTI, Mr. Andrew Charabin, entrepreneur, and former President of a successful manufacturing company in London, Ontario has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Andrew and the AMTI team are dedicated to satisfying their customer needs with an effort of providing efficient, low cost, total reliable service.

CMM Inspection
AMTI is capable of fulfilling its quality policy by using the newest and most advance computerized measuring machines (CMMs). AMTI inspects it's machined components using a Mitutoya BHN 1020 (travels 100" x 60" x 40" running on GEO Measure software) and a Sheffield Cordax H-30.15.15 ( travels 180" x 80" x 60" running on PC DMIS 2.64 software) to assure their customers their product is to close tolerances as required.

AMTI is rigorous in staying advanced with the most new technologies. With a continuous investment into new machinery, AMTI is able to position themselves ahead of their competitors. Robotic Welding Cells
AMTI has a gigantic Motoman robotic 7-axis welding cell with capabilities of welding parts 60 feet long x 30 feet wide x 25 feet tall. They also have three high-tech Panasonic robotic welding cells with 40,000 pounds welding positioner tables (7-axis). AMTI's robotic welding cells reduce manufacturing lead times, improves product cost and quality. AMTI's robotic welding cells able them to offer their customers flexibility, high weld consistency, safety and improved productivity.
